figure, designated by the company entrusted with a contract, with the task of organizing the work in compliance with the contractual rules.<\/p>\n<p>This figure has a key role in the management of the yard because it has decision-making powers in the field of operational planning as well as responsibility for the execution of the with clients;<\/li>\n<li>Preparation and management of timetables;<\/li>\n<li>Choice of subcontractors and management of contractual relations;<\/li>\n<li>Contract management on the basis of the project and the contract;<\/li>\n<li>Coordination of workers during construction work;<\/li>\n<li>Supply of building materials;<\/li>\n<li>Accounting of works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cd0df9 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" provided for in the PSC and the Affidataria POS;<\/li>\n<li>ensuring relations with operators and outside firms for the application of safety regulations;<\/li>\n<li>equip the construction site with all the equipment necessary to prevent accidents and incidents at work;<\/li>\n<li>interface with the Control Bodies, with the Client and the related functions of Technical Supervision (DL, CSE, rdl).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-170276a lista-verde elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\"
