aspects of Occupational Safety. DVR stands for Risk Assessment Document, i.e. a map of the risks present in the company, containing all the prevention and protection measures.<\/p>\n<p>Article 17 of Legislative Decree 81\/08 requires the employer to draw up the DVR, with the help of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.safetyone.it\/en\/assumption-of-external-rspp-assignment\/\"><strong>Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP)<\/strong><\/a> and the Competent Doctor, after consulting the Workers' Safety Representative (RLS).<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"item\">\n  <p>By means of the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.safetyone.it\/en\/dvr-security-what-is-it-and-what-is-it-for\/\"><strong> Risk Assessment Document (DVR)<\/strong><\/a> the Employer provides an assessment of the potential risks arising from the company's activity, while verifying its removal or management. The <strong>risk assessment<\/strong> extends to the working environment but also to the tools and machinery used, to the chemical and biological substances present or handled, to the rhythms of work and to the physical and psychological consequences that the work activity entails for workers.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"item\">\n  <p>Risk assessment is generally a complex activity that must take into account specific legal provisions, but also the structural and organizational peculiarities of each specific company.
