La sez. IV of the Consolidated Text of Safety, D.Lgs. 81/08, imposes the obligation on the Employer of information, training and training of all staff in the company.
Thanks to its twenty years of experience in the field of training and with the help of a staff of teachers specialized in different sectors, Safetyone Ingegneria is able to provide training courses on occupational safety in Milan and in the provinces of Pavia, Lodi, Cremona, Varese, Bergamo, Brescia, Como and Lecco. On specific request Safetyone is able to carry out training courses in presence throughout the northern and central Italy.
The duration and the frequency of updating of safety training courses is mainly defined by the State-Regions Agreements. In this table is shown the general framework of the training obligations for the Employer indicating the duration of the courses, validity/ updating and legal reference.
Depending on the provisions of current legislation, safety courses can be provided in the following ways:
Classroom or face-to-face courses
The course is held at the Safetyone headquarters in Milan, at the Customer’s headquarters (if it has a room suitable for training) or at facilities specially rented for the specific training event. This mode is certainly the most effective as it allows for optimal interaction between teacher and participants.
Safetyone thanks to the considerable educational experience of the teachers (not only from a technical point of view, but also teaching) is able to provide training courses on all the topics of D.Lgs. 81/08.
Online courses
Online training has become an essential tool for ensuring staff training in times of pandemic. The advantages are inherent in the simplicity and convenience of use (and often in the greater economy), the disadvantages in the less teacher/ participant interaction.
Safetyone, with the help of advanced web-conference platforms, the management of questionnaires through online digital tools, the use of rooms and role plays, games and virtual simulations, is able to provide interactive training courses, fun and effective.
e-learning courses
E-learning is a widely used training methodology that exploits the internet as a communication channel. The courses are recorded and available on demand. The advantage is mainly related to the absence of constraints in terms of schedules. The disadvantage, even if the presence of a classroom tutor is foreseen, is the absence of interaction with the speaker/teacher.
